I have been here multiple times and I tell them I am celiac and they take extra precautions for me and help me to know what is safe to eat.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

I've been to other Tin Roof Taco locations and they knew what was gluten free this location apparently is clueless. I asked what items were gluten free and they said only their corn tortillas were gluten free nothing else. I asked about taco fillings and they said nope. They were no help at all and obviously did not have the same training as the other locations!
