We’ve been here many times and I’ve never gotten sick! I have very severe celiac and cannot have any cross contamination so we don’t eat out much!
Tonight the owners were our servers! We didn’t speak to the husband much, as he was helping other customers, but the wife told us how all of their sauces are house-made, and they are VERY strict about cross contamination, going as far as to have different stations for gluten free, vegan, ect. She also said their recipes were from her mother! The food their is delicious, and the price is extremely reasonable for the location and the service! Will continue to go and support this local business! Every waiter/waitress we’ve had there has been kind and helpful and we’ve always had great conversations with them!
We both enjoyed our date night by getting to know the owners, and had a wonderful conversation!
Can’t say enough good about this restaurant and everyone that works there!
Our order:
The spring rolls (not fried) are GF and we’re delicious and very full! The owner explained they were out of the GF hiosin sauce they normally use, but offered me something else that was delicious! I also got the Pad See Ew and got the Yellow Curry to go!
My spouse got the Drunken Noodles and the Singapore Noodles (to go). He doesn’t have celiac disease but enjoyed them both!
