Server was very knowledgeable. He knew their Cajun seasoning had gluten, so we had a Cajun salmon salad minus the seasoning. Confirmed their burger has rice as a meat binder instead of bread. Fries in dedicated fryer and GF burger bun. It fell apart but that’s old news.
