I ate at Zocalo (Mexican food stall) in Tivoli food hall. All the burrito bowels, soft tacos and nachos are/can be made gluten free. I had a bowl and it was amazing and I had no reaction after it. Highly recommend, the staff seemed very aware of coeliac disease and gluten free foods.
