Not safe if you have celiac! They have a shared fryer and toast buns on the same grill that they use for the burgers.

I’ve been to the Newport Beach and Huntington Beach locations and they have the best charbroiled burgers in California. Lettuce wrapped and I can eat the fries with no issues.
