It’s a good thing I live an hour away cause I would be in here ALL THE TIME! We got a bunch of things to try and loved every single one. I am celiac and dairy free and my daughter is celiac. We got the cinnamon rolls (AMAZING), pumpkin loaf (🤤), cookie sandwich, brownie and some of the BEST carrot cake I have ever had (can’t say it was the best cause I am not a fan of raisins but otherwise it would have been the best). We will most definitely come back to get the frozen items to stock up on in our freezer!!!

I have been there several times and tried their cake, bread, donuts, and apple crumble. They even have specialty days where they’ll do pretzels or fair food (fried Oreos, etc). Everything tastes amazing and completely safe - they only do gluten free food!

Everything is gluten free. Last time I was there, there was a pallet of gluten free flour on display. 90% is also plant based or vegan. There are frozen food options. Lots of sweets, cookies, donuts cake. As a person of Italian decent, I'm not a fan of the cannolis. I recommend the blueberry scones, maple pecan donuts, all the cakes, and the oatmeal cookies. Yummy.

This is the best bakery I’ve ever been to for gluten free/dairy free or even low carb!!! Yes it’s a little pricey but worth every single penny when you can’t go to a traditional bakery, and eat the food!! Tiramisu is phenomenal!!!!

I have been frequenting TYH for years. It’s wonderful that Anna has created a space for those with allergies. I have some favorites for sure, but then she comes out with something new and I have another “favorite” LOL. Are they pricey, a little, BUT gluten free ingredients are pricey!

We have been coming here for years as they are a DEDICATED dessert bakery for people with food allergies...the cakes are absolutely wonderful and so are the cookies and little knick knacks. My wife and oldest daughter are gluten free and we have purchased countless cakes from them including my wife's birthday cake in December and I assure you their cakes rival that of non-gluten free cakes both in taste and presentation. I am not gluten free but thoroughly enjoy their desserts and have yet to come across a single thing where I was less than impressed.The staff is wonderful as is the owner who is there all the time and knows us by name. If you have food allergies and are frustrated by the limited options out there...this is the place to go...hands down!!!

I was so excited to treat my little celiac girl to a treat for Valentine’s Day. She picked out a decorated cookie and her brother picked out a chocolate cookie with cream.

I was not impressed at all. The cookie was very hard and tasteless. My sons cookie was “ehhh”. We won’t be back; I would rather continue baking our own treats

I was in town ironically to meet with my celiac doctor and was glad to find a dedicated facility nearby. The owner was very kind and helpful so I decided this could be a good time to stock up on some GF foods. I bought a donut and flat pie to eat there and took home several items: more flat pies, a whole chicken pie and cinnamon rolls. Today, a few weeks later after saving the pie in a freezer as instructed I was violently ill. I do not believe this was gluten because I lacked gluten symptoms HOWEVER me and my partner both had violent diarrhea, fatigue and immense intestinal pains. The pie was also $60 - which honestly due to unclear labeling I did not even realize until purchase. I would never pay this much for a baked item moving forward, even with perfect and totally GF ingredients. This place has some good things going for it but the pricing is really out there for anyone to reasonably afford on a regular basis.

I love having a dedicated gluten free bakery, near by. I have tried many different items. Every item has been delicious.

I love this place. I only make it 2-3 times a year, but I never miss a chance to stop. They have delicious bread and are a dedicated gluten free spot. They have Paleo and vegan options as well.

It’s really nice to have a dedicated bakery, but unfortunately I haven’t liked anything I’ve tried here. I have been about 5 or 6 times, buying different things each time, but just wasn’t impressed. The cakes are too gummy and everything else was just okay. The prices are very high, though I know some gluten free ingredients are more expensive. I am an avid home baker and lucky enough to have the resources to make my own gluten free items. So if I did not have the time/skill then perhaps my opinion would be different. But overall I chose to make my own wedding cake than purchase one here because I just never liked any of the cakes (or other baked goods) unfortunately.

This place is amazing! I actually got to have a real oatmeal creme pie for the first time in about 8 years and it was better than anything I’ve had before! This is a dedicated gluten free facility and there are a lot of options to choose from! They also have the best gluten free cinnamon bun I’ve ever tasted!

Very expensive items. For just 2 smoothies and 5 bakery items it was almost $50. Donuts did not taste good but their cookies were great just too expensive (coming from someone from NYC) also why did I get charged for non food sales tax when I only got food?

We rarely pass up a dedicated gluten free bakery, so while in Winston-Salem we decided to visit To Your Health Bakery. We sampled several items including a Cinnamon Roll, chocolate cake donut, strawberry cake donut, key lime cake donut, strawberry lemonade cookie sandwich, and a chocolate chip cookie sandwich. While it all tasted ok, it was just meh - nothing to write home about. The prices were very reasonable for a dedicated gluten free bakery. My review comes from traveling the US over a decade with a celiac child.

My celiac and DF son had an amazing smoothie and he was so happy. They are insanely expensive so it’s definitely a treat for once in a while. Thankful for the option, though.

Everything is gluten free and delicious! But there are no prices listed on the baked goods. I was shocked when a slice of cake and a cookie cost me $20! That’s way too expensive even for gluten free!

The lady behind the counter was super helpful & they had sooo much to choose from! 100% gluten free & they also have vegan, paleo, & keto offerings! Waiting on the oven to heat so I can warm the Mac & cheese. Ate the cannoli nite in the car & it was AMAZING!

Dedicated GF bakery and super friendly staff. Had a cinnamon roll but it was not good (way too much cinnamon) and it was $7.50. Disappointing. I know GF is expensive but this is the most expensive place I’ve been to.

Fantastic options for a sweet treat or even a full spread for Thanksgiving! Amazing family and food! My celiac son has no issues at all with any of the labeled GF options and I love the cherry hand pies and the paleo berry muffins!!! The brownies taste like regular brownies! Can’t say enough good things! My thanksgiving sides are completely taken care of for our son who will be able to enjoy yeast rolls, Mac and cheese casserole, pumpkin pie and mashed potatoes, ALL GF!

I have gotten dessert from this bakery several times now (and visited them at the farmer’s market like another person mentioned) and it’s so delicious! The woman I spoke with was very helpful and at the farmers market there was even a young boy who gave me some of his favorite recommendations. He suggested the Lemon Blueberry cake and it was a good choice!
