Staff are knowledgeable about food and will ask chef if they don't know the answers. Food is excellent. My daughter has celiac and we have ate here for breakfast several times without any reactions. This is our favorite place to have breakfast. Beautiful spot to sip coffee and enjoy breakfast in the morning.

A 3 score, giving this location the element of the doubt. Maybe this visit should be caulked up as “nothing is ever perfect” but we did end up with a mild-medium reaction after eating here. That dispute the fact that the staff seemed quite knowledgeable & careful. Otherwise, a seemingly nice selection of GF options.

I wanted to share a very positive review and praise for the new Toast & Co (formerly The Creamery) in De Pere off Dickinson Road. I ate there for breakfast for the first time today. I had called ahead to ensure they could accommodate my gluten free, Celiac request. I heard of their kitchen protocol to prevent cross contact with their gluten items. I felt like I had A LOT of choices off their menu. My omelette was superb. Excellent GF bread. And their homemade jam was outstanding. (Which I was told is dispensed from a squirt bottle into side dishes so no cross contact with gluten bread. It's little things like this that make my day.) Both the waitress and the owner checked in on our table. Nice atmosphere. I am anxious to go back and try their lunch menu.

Great little place. They were very accommodating. They knew about cross contamination. I had a GF oat cinnamon cookie with apple cinnamon topping, a spinach and mushroom omlett and the best hash browns I have ever eaten.
Yes
The only item they had that was gluten free was the bread and I was told they take no precautions preparing the food in the kitchen for celiacs. We went there because this ap showed a review that said they were celiac friendly. I was with a group of people, I didn't want to make them all go elsewhere, it was a little disappointing.
