The waitress was helpful and there were many GF options. I got the Gf Waffle with chocolate chips and it was so delicious. Tasted like the real thing. It’s also BYOB for drinks FYI

I don't know why this place gets such high ratings - they have GF pancakes, and THAT'S IT. No GF menu, and the only options off the regular menu are the standard "order it without the bread". I'll give it 2 stars for the pancakes, but that's all. I wouldn't call it "celiac friendly" at all.

Waitress was knowledgeable. Had a chicken sandwich on a GF roll. It was delicious.

There is no separate cooking space so if you are celiac probably not a good choice

The staff is either not knowledgeable or willing to compromise your well being. The server told me the items marked with a pepper on the menu are spicy, then he said gluten free, then pointed out gluten free waffles. He knew of a gluten free roll they have. The “pepper” is a carrot and identifies vegan items. The work surfaces are shared and thus is likely not a place safe for celiacs. I had coffee and left. The server was kind enough to recommend a place down the street, he said it’s vegan and I will love it. In that moment I knew I made the right choice not to eat here.

Only had the pancakes cuz not much else is gluten free but they are pretty good

The staff isn’t very knowledgeable but are willing to ask to accommodate. The GF waffles are made on the equipment as the regular waffles. If you have celiac, I would avoid this place

No this place is not a Mecca for those w dietary restrictions, BUT the gluten free waffles and gluten free pancakes were excellent. They use a nut flour. And they sell natural maple syrup for an extra $1, helpful.

Great place with kind manager but it does NOT have dedicated GF space as indicated in another review. The manager sadly confirmed that the GF items are prepared on shared equipment.

It's a good option in Asbury Park, but it's not foolproof. Make sure you communicate clearly, and you'll be fine.

OMG. The pancakes are the best I've ever had. I hate to admit it but I had the Huevos Rancheros as well and it was awesome. Was told that the pancakes are prepared on dedicated GF equipment. Service has been great. Nice atmosphere.

Fantastic! A little pricey for breakfast but great coffee, great GF pancakes, and my family loved their "normal" food, too.
