Gluten free bread only. Wait staff didn’t know about ingredients to go on the sandwich-“ head chef only knows and he keeps it a secret” Very slow service

We went here for a baby shower. I assumed I wouldn't be able to eat anything. They offered gluten free bread for any of their items. It was delicious. Good coffee too!
