For quickly prepared fresh food, this place does it. Starting with breakfast sandwiches / omelettes / pancakes to salads, sandwiches and more. They have gluten free bread, which I had with egg and avocado. They have Boar’s head meat, which is gluten free. My husband had egg and ham on a bagel (not gluten free). The staff is friendly.
