The woman who took my order explained that I could have any of the flatbread pizzas on a gf cauliflower crust. She explained they have a separate area for cooking the gf crusts, and put in all caps "GLUTEN ALLERGY!!" on my order. I had the BLT pimento flatbread and it was really freaking good. Definitely will go back!
