Went there for my brother’s birthday, the server seemed to know what they were taking about and had my meal cooked in the back. They brought it out about halfway through the hibachi performance, and it was tasty enough. There weren’t any noodles on my plate, which makes me think the noodles weren’t gf. They didn’t have any gf desserts, and the dressing on the salad that comes as a part of the meal was also not there. The soup was also not gf, but they didn’t have an alternative. It was fine, but not above and beyond.

I explained I had celiac / “gluten allergy” to the waitress and she seemed totally lost by the idea. I was with a friend and didn’t want to leave so I just explained gluten further and common ingredients it’s found in. The waitress was totally disinterested and clearly angry I needed gluten free, so I barely ate anything to be careful. It was a weird interaction and I understand not all restaurants can accommodate but there’s no reason to be rude about it

The server was super knowledge about celiac and told me exactly what I was able to eat. When they brought the food to the table, they separated everything and made it specially gluten free. It was even labeled gf on the receipt!
