Togo’s is my regular place. They do a pretty good job of avoiding cross contamination and have a separate station. I’ve never felt sick after eating there, but I’d take my caution as there are other wheat containing items

They will make any of their sandwiches on a gluten-free wrap, and they are super-tasty! However, some of the employees aren't trained on heating the wrap for 10 seconds beforehand, and they rip. I watch them like a hawk, and make sure they heat the wrap!!
They are very careful about cross contamination. We get food there often. The GF wraps are pretty tasty.
Fresh and variety of options that are gluten fre e, I love it

They offer gluten free wraps which they can make into any sandwich or burrito. I have to keep reminding the lady to use fresh ingredients and changed her gloves and use fresh knifes

They change gloves, knife and cutting board when I get my gf wrap there. I have never had a problem.

I looked online and found out they have a GF wrap and that most items were GF and so I ordered online and when I got to the store they didn’t do my order yet (Chicken bacon ranch wrap) and when I was there, they changed gloves and I didn’t get sick.
