Overall always good service. The wait staff appear to take care when informed about my GF needs. They don't have GF sauces, but gladly prepare rice and entrees without soy sauce. Their yumyum sauce seems to be a good alternative that works for me. I'm not celiac, so am not super sensitive, but haven't had any issues with cross-contam that I know of. I typically order a hibachi combo. Be careful, the normal hibachi/suimono soup contains breaded items. I normally donate the soup to others in my party or switch to the seaweed & tofu one (not a big fan of it).

BYO GF soy sauce! They didn't have a separate menu nor marked on regular menu, so make sure to ask the staff. I had a nice waitress who double checked the rolls I ordered and specifically requested soy paper instead of seaweed wrap due to contamination. I did not get sick, but I didn't enjoy my experience either. Our food arrived at very different times and tables were poorly managed in general. This has been an ongoing problem for years, so frequent diners know to order ahead and takeout.
