They do have gluten free soy sauce and did prepare my food separate (and it was delicious) however they were not very knowledgeable and I had a rash in under 2 hours

The staff is not very knowledgeable, but they will prepare your Hibachi with gluten free soy sauce and also the fried rice. Their noodles are not gluten free and neither is their onion soup. They do not know if their miso is gluten free.
