They have great gf options and do a great job preparing food separately. I eat here all the time and never have a problem!

Food is great but service is terrible. sushi chef gets mad because they have to change gloves for gf. took 20 minutes to get my food last 2 times we went. and I'm pregnant! we won't go back.
Delicious and very helpful staff. Good labeling of what is gf.
I absolutely had a wonderful experience here. The manager, Mr. Ali Smith greeted us with a smile and set a tone for a relaxed night out with my husband and grandbaby. Everything was made simple with clear marking by all items for any allergies or food preferences. I was very surprised by the ease I had in ordering. The food was very good and we were checked on to make sure we were happy. when we were finished Mr. Smith came over and chatted and we told him about the app I used to find him since he had said many times that gluten free was their specialty, in my opinion they do a spectacular job and are prepared to make boast. I had a great time great food and found me a new gem of a place 😊 I recommend going to see Mr. Ali and see for yourself

So good! And celiac friendly! They have rice noodles and several GF sauce options. So glad I gave it a try!
Yes
Gluten notated on menu. Provide gf California rolls and sauces. Seem aware of and take cross contamination seriously.
Yes
Ordered a bowl, specified to the team member that I was celiac and needed gluten free. Ended up incredibly sick that evening after eating. Somewhere cross contamination or the request was not adhered to. Will not be returning.

I worked here for a while and I would not recommend it if you have celiac. There’s a high chance of cross contamination. *Very dependent on what you order and who’s working.

I eat safely at Tokyo Joes all the time at several different locations. They are pretty safe since they’re trained to change gloves, knife and cutting boards for gluten free. (JIC always indicate it’s Celiac/allergy so they flag it and know to take the precautions they’re trained to)

Many many options for a GF person, and very clearly marked on the menu. Additionally they carry GF soy sauce! It’s refreshing to be able to create so many custom options
