As soon as I told them I had a gluten allergy, I knew I was going to be taken care of. They were super attentive to the food being cooked separately and made sure I knew to not eat the soup or the sauces in the side. They cooked all the gluten free beforehand so no cross-contamination. The food and experience was amazing! I felt taken care of and didn’t have to make a big deal about it. It is so special to be able to have hibachi gluten free. FYI they changed their name to Wild Wasabi Signature.

The staff was knowledgeable and actually made everyone’s dinner at the table gluten free. They used gluten free soy sauce for everyone. There wasn’t any noodles in the soup. Everything was gluten free.
