We called ahead and were told they can prepare the hibachi food on a separate grill in the kitchen with gluten-free soy sauce. Unfortunately, both the salad dressing and soup contain soy sauce, so they are not celiac-safe. Everything else in the meal (chicken, steak, fried rice, veggies) was delicious! We felt confident that our server understood “gluten allergy.” Awesome dinner!
