Tom Reid's Hockey City Pub

I wanted to like this place after the game since they advertised GF buns on their menu (add $). It was very busy & I asked the waitress if the nachos used corn tortilla chips & melted cheddar as advertised on the menu and was told yes. After arriving very quickly, we checked the corn & good to go. But we noticed the cheese was actually a SAUCE. This can be dangerous if flour is used in the roux. So I asked & she verified (did not ask kitchen) that there was not flour in it, just the cheese. I should have known there. After a few bites & choosing not to finish it, I paid for it later :( Sadly, this employee was not well-informed by the management or just choose not to care about it much, but be warned to check & double-double check here.
