Ordered to-go. Salad came w/ croutons & had to go to waste 👎🏼 The pasta was drowning in goopy sauce. I’ve had good times at this chain before, but I’d skip the one in Lewiston/Clarkston.

We waited for over 40 minutes for our food. Both our dishes came out cold (gluten free pizza and an Italian sandwich). The manager did take both of our meal off the bill but it was still not a very good experience. We came hungry and left hungry.
The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Many menu items can be modified to be gluten free. My favorite is the cedar salmon.

They have a separate menu, but the staff didn’t all know about it. The portion was very small for the price. It was filling, but over-priced. The flavor was ok, but I didn’t love the grilled mushrooms (and I LOVE) mushrooms.
Our server was delightful, though. She knew what celiac is, and said she would make a note on the order so the kitchen would be careful.

Food was good but the upcharge and toddler sized portion made it one of the most expensive options.

They had a separate menu for gluten free. Staff were really helpful and friendly. I had the chicken Marsala off the main menu after the waitress checked to make sure it was gluten free. Very tasty meal. Great place.

Food was OK. They do not have a gluten free menu, but I was told my server would be able to help me. The person seating me told me that they had quinoa pasta, and that all of their salad dressings have gluten, but they would be happy to bring oil and lemon juice for me to use as a salad dressing. Also she told me that all of their protein choices were safe, but I do not believe that to be true, since I am very sure that their are breadcrumbs in the meatballs.
when my server finally arrived, she informed me that they served rice pasta. I said I was told it was quinoa, and she told me that quinoa was a kind of rice. I was with other people, and was having a hard time ordering because the server didn't have a lot of interest in helping me, and I forgot to ask if the gf pasta was boiled in a dedicated pot, or if it was boiled in the same pot as the rest of the pasta. Long story short, I ordered gf pasta with meat sauce, and nothing else, and I got sick.

Gluten-free options are generally geared towards the Ideal Protien diet, just grilled protien and veggies. They'll include a baked potato if asked. If I had celiac I wouldn't eat here, hand-tossed wheat pizza crusts and coated entrees (like the bite-sized steak) cause a lot of airborne contamination. Food is good and well prepared.
Chefs are educated and do a great job! They have a gfree pasta and make all their sauce from scratch. Last time we where there they didn't have gfree pizza crust so we brought our own and they made a great gfree pizza for us with that! Fun place to go and celiac friendly.
