They offer gluten free noodles but use the same water for all noodles so if you are sensitive it’s a no go. They wouldn’t use fresh or clean water even in a pot on the side. I was told that “this is the only option” when I asked about using any other way to heat the noodles. Wouldn’t recommend if you can’t have gluten
