The sushi is excellent and the staff is well informed about the menu. My husband wanted to try the egg nigori but told them he was celiac to keep me safe, he's not. They cancelled the order because they add soy sauce to the egg blend. They also remember that we are "both" celiac and bring us tamari right away.
