I went on a very busy Saturday morning and got sick after. Because it was so busy, I was not able to watch the person make my bagel, but I believe they used the same cream cheese as the gluten bagels, even though I specified I had a gluten allergy/celiac disease.

Granted, they might be better about cross-contamination when they are less busy. The bagel tasted like an Udi's bagel, and in my opinion, not worth the risk of gluten.
