Review of Tompkins Square Bagels

Some other reviews seemed to have a good experience so I’m not sure if maybe I talked to the wrong person or something but…? I went here and asked them if they are able to do allergy protocols for their gluten free bagels and they said no and that they cook it in the same toaster and aren’t able to do anything at all to prevent cross contamination

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
