Fabulous little Cafe with a great menu! All the choices sounded so good it was hard to choose. Almost all the menu can be made GF as well as vegan. Friendly owner, relaxed vibe, and cute rear courtyard. Will definitely be back! I had the protein plate, of which the sweet potato waffles was the stand out!

While not a dedicated GF establishment, they have protocols in place to mitigate/avoid CC. The menu is filled with such unique and interesting items that are so delicious and beautifully presented. Sooo nice to have things I cannot make myself and the staff are super friendly.

I stumbled across this place two days after it opened. The owners have gone to a real effort to ensure that they can cater to food allergies and intolerances. Everything on the menu is gluten free or could be made gluten free. I think the only gluten thing on the menu I saw was sourdough bread. I had buckwheat waffles which were delicious. I also saw their pancakes which looked great. Really good coffee too - and they have Lactose Free milk
