Absolutely in love with this shop in Shepherdstown. Their gluten free muffins are heavenly!

All the food served there is gluten-free and the woman at the counter asked if we wanted almond, coconut or cow’s milk for our smoothies. Smoothies were tasty and refreshing. Staff were friendly and happy to explain anything on the menu. Mostly they’re selling herbs and remedies, but it’s neat that they have some drinks and basic food options, too!
