My newly diagnosed 10 y/o dtr was going with friends so I called ahead to ask about gluten free options and protocols. I spoke with Richard…he told me they had GF pasta boiled in separate water and he offered to cook the gluten free pizza on a pan in the wood fired oven. Was very accommodating!

I had the coal fired Ziti. It was outstanding . It was definitely gluten free I had no issues eating it. Server was great and knowledgable. My son said his spicy chicken was perfect. He ordered the pizza and it was top notch. Being from Mew York he is very picky about his pizza.
