I've been here twice in the past month, and they really have updated their knowledge. Seafood tower is great, and lots of grilled offerings are gf. Dairy free is more restricted.

Not Celiac friendly. Asked for the manager, like previous reviewers advised. They weren’t even interested in trying.

Our waiter, Jerry, was very knowledgeable. When I asked if they had a gluten free menu, he said "not yet, we're working on it. But my wife has Celiac so I can help you." He was great. Recommended what I could and couldn't eat, and even made substitutions necessary. I couldn't have the creole rice due to spices used, so he substituted white rice. I couldn't have he stuffed shrimp that came with my platter, so he substituted grilled shrimp. He even told me that the blackened spices didn't have any gluten ingredients but wasn't certified gf, so he wouldn't trust it. He was absolutely amazing in his help and the food was fabulous.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Just make sure you talk to manager for gf. Their grilled oysters were great, but had to be returned as they had bread on top of it.
