No real GF options so I just ordered a Coke. Got sick for 3 days anyway. Didn't think I needed to worry about cross contamination for a fountain drink.

The have cider that is GF and some seltzers that are both in a can.
The waitress was extremely helpful and honest, she told me that nothing to eat is celiac safe and would never allow someone she loved with celiac to eat there.

They have a GF cauliflower pizza. Talked w the sous chef and he came out and explained his process for new counter space, clean gloves and pan. He said he even cleaned the serving tray separate trying to be conscientious. He said the facility won’t claim gluten free, but have to say “friendly” but he was super knowledgeable and thoughtful. Took one star off only for limited items
GF items labeled on menu. Staff was very accommodating. Waitress was unsure about some items and right away, brought the manager out to help us. He explained that the items were labeled gluten free but manufactured in a plant with non gluten free items and asked what we would like to do. We had a great time. My kids are asymptomatic, so unsure how safe it really was, but they took our concerns very seriously.

I had the Tres tacos and chips and guac. They were delicious. Chef came out to make sure I was comfortable with their precautions. He said they cook it separately. Overall great experience. I am not celiac, but am highly intolerant.

I ordered the chicken tacos. The manager came up to the table told us about all of the ingredients. It did take longer for me to get my food because the manager had not only talked to the head of the food team, he had made sure all of the ingredients were safe and prepared the food for me. He brought it out with gloves on. Let me tell you it was definitely worth the wait for the food!

The “GF” flat bread is not GF, the waiter clearly said that it is not prepared in clean environment, we still ordered it and let our Gluten Service Dog to check it and the dog immediately identified it with gluten. so for people who just make GF diet it is fine and tasty but it DOESN’T FIT CELIAC
