Wow! The waitress brought the chef out to talk about food safety and he could not have been more accommodating! Has a cousin who is celiac, so he fully understands cross contamination. He said no to the fryer, not Safe, but the tacos were good and he would ensure that they were safe for me. Then followed up after my lunch. I was wowed and emotional about the care that he took with my food. And it was delicious!!!
