A lot of gluten free options, and I felt very safe! The gluten-free options are not listed in the menu, but the server was very knowledgable and checked with the chef every time I had a question. Most, but not all of the menu items can be made gluten-free (not fries sadly, but I subbed roasted potatoes). When the server brought out my meal, she said again that the chef took precautions. Almost half of the desserts are also gluten-free. I got the lava cake, which was already made with gluten-free flour.
It’s definitely expensive and maybe a bit overpriced, but I suppose you’re paying for the view!

I enquired about gf here by first looking at the menu at the front desk, and nothing was identified as GF. I asked and neither of the two staff knew so one went and asked and returned saying that all the meat is gf (!) but “obviously” I could not have any sauce or pasta and to ask my table server. (All meat and fish dishes had a sauce on them - so no sauce would make them very dry.) No attempt at understanding or reassuring and as I was not going to book a table and then only know if I could eat when I sat down, I left. Staff seemed unbothered.
