Review of Top That! Pizza

They have some of the best gluten free pizza I've had so far. There are two options for crust, Tapioca flour or rice flour. The rice flour one was more crispy. Very knowledgeable about gluten for a fast food restaurant. The guy that made my pizza told me what toppings I could pick and even said this specific store was working to make their own versions of certain toppings like the buffalo chicken gluten free by making their own sauce and not breading it.
