Waiter informed me that they could make gluten free pasta and that all of their sauces were gluten free. I had a bad reaction.

Absolutely not safe. I received my GF pasta with a glutinous noodle in it. When confronted they played dumb. Save yourself a disaster and go across the street to Gallucci’s where they safely serve delicious GF pasta and pizza.

I've eaten here multiple times and the food is amazing. All their pastas can be subbed out for gf pasta and their sauces are wonderful. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner, groups of any size!

Amazingly good Italian food. GF items are not identified on the menu but our server was extremely knowledgeable about preparation and was able to discuss any modifications that would be made to make a selection GF. My entree arrived marked as GF and the server also confirmed when presenting. Great food and GF confidence; can’t ask for more than that.

Excellent selection, most pastas can be made gluten free. The gluten free salted caramel cheesecake was delicious! It had an almond crust and was one of the best GF desserts I have had out at a restaurant. Staff is knowledgeable on GF issues.

This restaurant was absolutely delicious!!! The waiter reassured me that they could make my daughter’s order gluten free, with everything cooked separately. My daughter has celiac and I am gluten sensitive. It was the best GF pasta we’ve ever had. Neither one of us got sick after eating there. I highly recommend for those with celiac wanting to eat at an authentic Italian restaurant without worry. We will definitely be back when we return to Chicago!!

The dish I had with house made sausage was amazing! We ordered our desserts to go though and I didn’t realize until later that the GF mouse flourless chocolate cake I ordered cake on a cookie crust with ladyfingers. I think if we had still been in the restaurant, they would’ve fixed it and just given me the plain mousse. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it a 5.

The staff knows what is safe, which is most anything. They boil pasta in separate water. I have eaten here 10+ times and have never gotten sick!

While there’s no separate gluten free menu, gluten free fettuccine can be substituted in any dish! This is my favorite place in Chicago for gluten free pasta, and I’ve come here many times and never gotten sick!
