Très sécuritaire et beaucoup de choix pour les coeliaques. Il suffit de le mentionner lors de la prise de commande. Le personnel est très au fait avec la contamination croisée. Ils ont une friteuse dédiée pour le tempura sans gluten. J'y vais régulièrement et je n'ai jamais eu de problème. Je le recommande autant pour les sushis que les plats chauds.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que mon conjoint coeliaque et moi y allons, tout est délicieux et ils font extrêmement attention à la contamination croisée. Il est très réactif et il n'a jamais été malade par après. Les serveurs vous mettent au courant de ce que vous ne pouvez pas commander et sont très au courant de la maladie. Je recommande!!

Delicious sushi and generous portions! We have ordered many times and have never had any reactions. They are very careful with the gluten and indicate gluten free orders in the receipt. Nice delivery service. The GF tempura sushi is delicious.

I’m celiac but asymptomatic so I could not no for sure if everything was alright, but they seem to have knowledge about it and can offer dishes with gluten-free soy sauce and gluten-free fried stuff!

Wow! Sushis tellement délicieux, service rapide et très courtois. L'endroit est très propre. Le tempura SG est du riz frit, ça goûte un peu les rices crispies. Je recommande fortement, le poisson est frais et très bon.

Ils ont des légumes et crevettes tempura sans gluten délicieux avec une sauce soya aussi sans gluten. Tout était délicieux et les portions sont généreuses. Je recommande cet endroit.

They were able to make tempura gluten free. Menu also specified crab vs fake crab sticks (which contain gluten).

Four of us shared a sushi boat that was all dairy and gluten free! Delicious! I didn't have any reaction but I have a sensitivity and not celiac.
