Excellent authentic Japanese ramen. Dedicated gluten-free menu, with options for either shirataki noodles (made from a mixture of soy and konjac yam flour) or cabbage noodles. The shirataki noodles were excellent, as was the ramen broth. Limited GF options for side dishes, including edamame and several salads. Owner and server were both very knowledgeable about Celiac. No problems at all.
