This place used to be safe to eat at before the pandemic but since they introduced regular wheat tortillas to the menu it is way too easy for cross contamination to occur on the prep line. I would not eat here if you have celiac.

Unsure. Did not get a chance to see them prepare the food.

• What did you order?

Ordered a Frijoles Bowl and a Barbacoa Taco (I indicated that I'm celiac and would like to get the gluten-free variants of the food I ordered).

• Was there a celiac reaction?

I reacted poorly to the food. I'm not sure if it just did not agree with me or if it is a gluten-related contamination, I woke up the next day feeling hung-over and my blood sugars were atypical, which usually indicates a celiac reaction for myself.

I had the rice bowl. The portion was huge, I couldn’t quite finish it. The flavour was amazing and staff was awesome!

This place is wonderful! I LOVED their taco bowl; it was absolutely delicious! All tacos are GF; their desserts aren't. Although they have a GF brownie now. It's a quick place for lunch. The service was fast and friendly. The girl taking my order took the time to explain to me how ordering works and what is vegetarian or vegan. She even asked me if I was ok with corn and dairy when I made my selection. I highly recommend this place to those with Celiac.

This place is amazing, I go at least once a week. Everything is gluten free except for desserts, which are made off site at their sister company, morning owl. Excellent service, delicious Mexican food and a rewards program!

This place serves Mexican and soft tacos. Very good! The only thing not GF is the desserts which are made off site and sold individually wrapped. Otherwise very fresh and delish!!
