I spoke with Christina, the owner, who has food allergies herself so she assured me they take precautions to make sure there is not cross contamination for guests with gluten allergies. Be sure to tell them of your CD or sensitivity before you order. They have a separate prep space. Chips are not always safe if it is busy, so ask first.
