I followed some of the previous reviews instructions. Asked for Neil he was on vacation. One person knew nothing about gluten. The other said a regular had celiac and he seemed pretty decent. I wanted to ordered the spicy or bang bang shrimp that was recommended on here….it’s breaded. The guy said maybe they could make it grilled but he was afraid the sauce may be contaminated with the breaded shrimp. Basically I was told to order a bowl for the fish tacos of the day or he could check and see if they had corn tortillas, which they did. The tacos were nothing to drive out if your way for. The ambiance was interesting. Mostly outside bar with frozen drink machines and on Monday it was a trivia night. Lots of people and potentially fun, but not a lot to chose from.

Fire cracker shrimp taco with corn tortillas and the burgers are delicious

The waitress was nice enough to go back and ask the chef what was okay to eat and I was told nothing except the tacos, which they could put on lettuce. Made me wonder if the chef just didn’t know what gluten is/wasn’t willing to risk cross contamination. Taco salad was good though!

Neil the head chef came to our table when he heard I was gluten free. He was very accommodating and told me to specifically as for him next time I come. He is working on updating the menus for gluten free options and keto. I had the burger in a lettuce wrap and asparagus and they were both great!
