If you have celiac , I would not recommend this place. The waitress was not knowledgeable. We asked to speak to the manager. The manager never came. The waitress came back and confirmed the grill dishes were gluten free. I ordered a kebab and it made me sick

Waiter was knowledgeable. We have been eating here for years in a group with one person having gluten sensitivity. The staff seems to be more educated recently. We had G last night and he was fantastic. I have eaten here a couple of times since celiac diagnosis in Aug 2023. I have not had a problem. They prepared the buffalo shrimp app on the grill. We ordered the wedge and the bacon and dressing were put on the side. He was not sure about the blue cheese dressing so I didn’t eat it. I had the grilled shrimp and he had them sauté risotto instead of the risotto cake. There were a number of desserts that were gluten free. Mousse, crem brûlée, and fruit cup. Each time he brought the food he explained what was specially prepared gluten free.
