Was gluten free but was very stressful and loud and not that good in my opinion.

Only ate here once, but will be back! Salad was huge, great meal, staff was knowledgeable and I did not get sick!

The owner has very little knowledge of what is gluten free and what gluten free means. He told me the falafel was gf and I got sick after eating it and never went back. A month later I found out he puts flour in the falafel. When confronted about it he said he only puts such a little amount in that it shouldn't harm anyone. I also had to explain to him what could be gf off of his own menu when he was explaining the menu to me after I said I am gf. Not only did I have to explain but he also was trying to claim certain things as gf that I know aren't and he was very unsure of himself. If you want a garunteed gf meal from here, get plain salad. Nothing here can be trusted with an owner that won't educate them selves about the claims they make.

A great little healthy eating establishment on Market Street in Corning, NY. Salad is their forte and and all the dressings at GF. They also have some GF brownies and muffins. They will have more GF offerings in the future. Enjoy!
