TOSU Ramen + Sushi

Chef seemed irratated at the request for effort to made to not cross contaminate. The gluten free soy sauce was in a reused bottle from regular soy sauce which felt risky. Anyway, I loved Tosu before my diagnosis and hopefully I will go again and it won't be so akward.

They diligently made sure that my order was gluten free. Many of the items on the menu are not, but everyone was very helpful to make sure that my order did not contain gluten.
