Overall the server was very helpful and made sure to check in the gf options. They use buckwheat noodles for gf but sadly only their chicken ramen broth is gf so you really only have 1 option.

Totto Ramen has delicious food and their menu has gluten free ramen on it. I happened to be sitting at the bar and got to watch them make my ramen, I saw them use the special noodles and gluten free soy sauce but gloves weren't changed and the noodles were boiled in water that the regular, gluten, noodles were boiled in. If you don't so cross contamination, I wouldn't get the noodles here.
