All of their meat is gf, and all but one is dairy free. The staff was very happy to accommodate celiac and df, they brought the chef out and walked me through everything (majority of options) in the buffet and had no hesitation to make me anything from the buffet in the back and bring it to my table so there was no risk of cross contamination. Highly recommend
