I ate here three times when I was in Telluride because they had so many options. Their teriyaki rice bowls and southwest rice bowls are all gluten free, and they can substitute gluten free bread on their sandwiches. I would be careful with the gluten free bread since I think the toaster is shared with regular bread, so I got my sandwich untoasted and stayed away from the paninis. The southwest bowls were my favorite!

I came twice. Delicious chili and good sandwich. They accommodated my needs and didn’t toast the bread so there wouldn’t be cross contamination.
