Well, they used to be five star a gluten-free grocery store. Now, not so much.

I used to go through the aisles and say "no, Christine, do not buy the produce because it goes bad quickly." And always give in.. and my fruits and vegetables would be bad within two days. Now, you can find me bypassing produce and then sifting endlessly through products reading the backs of the packaging just to find something -anything- I can eat.

Recently, they removed the gluten-free aisle labels, making it difficult to find gf options. Then, if you finally find a product labeled gluten-free, make sure you also check the back of the packaging to make sure it is in fact gluten-free and made a gluten-free facility.

No thanks. Whole Foods ... Harris Teeter ... Farm Fresh.. Etc are where it's at.
