For there to be a comment about dining at Trader Joe’s, it is something of a misnomer. They have no menu. Trader Joe’s is a grocery store, not a restaurant or diner.
That being said, they DO offer samples. So if you’re GF, ask them if what they are sampling is GF.
Now on to my review. Trader Joe’s has LOADS of GF options, you just have to read the labels. My favorites are their bagels, and their cinnamon muffins, which go great with coffee. Of course, any “real” ice cream without any added things will be gluten free, my favorite is their Premium Vanilla Ice Cream.
The GF Hearts of Palm pasta is better than some of the other GF alternatives.

Trader Joe’s frequently runs out of very popular items. I usually will buy 2 or 3 of an item I like to prevent my running out in my pantry.
I like a lot of their products and they are great about labeling products that are gluten free. It's important to note though that their oats are not celiac safe. I have celiac and stay away from their products that contain oats, even if they are labeled gluten free.

They offer gluten free breads, bagels, muffins, English muffins, donut holes, cupcakes, and madeleines. I’ve tried the bread, bagels, muffins, and donuts holes. All are delicious!
