Trader Joes is the easiest place to shop and makes it really appealing to eat more gluten free and healthy in general. From the gluten free chocolate cupcakes, pumpkin pancakes, gluten free brownie mix(!!!!!so good!!!!) gluten free deli meats, bread, bagel, potato chips, chocolate caramels, almond clusters and so on and so on... They label everything extremely thorough with GF for gluten free on the label and food contains: which will list any allergens that are in the food such as, soy, egg, nuts, gluten etc. AND if you still aren't sure check out the wall guides by the exit which list all allergens separately and gives you a list of EVERYTHING that's gluten free in the store. You cannot do better!

As for Gluten FREE items, Trader Joe's have very few. The will direct you to a few items labelled "NO Gluten".
I like a lot of their products and they are great about labeling products that are gluten free. It's important to note though that their oats are not celiac safe. I have celiac and stay away from their products that contain oats, even if they are labeled gluten free.

They offer gluten free breads, bagels, muffins, English muffins, donut holes, cupcakes, and madeleines. I’ve tried the bread, bagels, muffins, and donuts holes. All are delicious!
