Trader Joe's

I am always disappointed that so many of their prepared foods that shouldn't be are made with wheat... including their frozen risotto, sweet potato fries, and even quinoa dishes! They do have some good options, but label reading is always a must, and so many things have cross-contamination warnings.

I went to the trader joes on wilmont and speedway, they had many foods that are gluten free. One of the employees gave me a 4 page list of everything in the store that wad gluten free. They were very helpful.

I like a lot of their products and they are great about labeling products that are gluten free. It's important to note though that their oats are not celiac safe. I have celiac and stay away from their products that contain oats, even if they are labeled gluten free.

They offer gluten free breads, bagels, muffins, English muffins, donut holes, cupcakes, and madeleines. I’ve tried the bread, bagels, muffins, and donuts holes. All are delicious!
