Trade winds is also River Island Grilling Company, the only difference is that Tradewinds is outdoors (most tables under a roof). Separate fryer and chef or manager will come out to answer questions if you ask. Otherwise the staff is knowledgeable or will go ask if they aren't sure. Had BBQ chicken wings, cheeseburger, and fries. They do have gluten free buns, although I didn't see it on the menu, we just asked. They do not accept cash as a resort policy. Delicious and would recommend!
