Last time I was here, my daughter had not been diagnosed with celiacs yet. So, I was worried coming back and spending the day on the beach without a good lunch option. Like the others I was pleasantly surprised that the Deli had options. Cauliflower wrap for breakfast or lunch sandwich opened the door for options. They were careful during prep as well. The Palm Court has breakfast options like pancakes. Unlike other diners, we ate at the Flying bridge twice and were given all our GF options and did not have any issues.

Ask for a chef, at the restaurant choice as there are several. Speak with the chef and I believe they will strive to meet your needs. We visit occasionally and ran into Chef Alex, this gave us the confidence that a safe meal could be provided and it was.
The presentation and taste was outstanding and there was no adverse reaction.

I come here each year for a writers conference and enjoy the great food and friendly staff. Most every buffet for the conference has delicious gluten-free dishes, even desserts, although you have to ask for them. The restaurants know about gluten-free, do ask. Never had a bad experience here.

Although the food was good. I got very sick here, which was really awful while on vacation. I got just a burger with a gluten free roll, so must have been cross- contamination.
No
At The Deli, they have a GF wrap. Sandwich fixings. Beau was my server and he made my GF sandwich safe. Beau knew not to place the wrap on the grill, used proper techniques to prevent cross contamination. Beau & my delicious sandwich made this place a 5 but I gave it 4 stars only because there were not other GF offerings. If the other staff are GF aware as Beau this would be great
